How AgileFlow works

From your current process to a practical logistics plan.

We review the movement, shape the operating model and start with a controlled workflow that can improve over time.

  1. 1
    Understand

    Map the movement

Review what moves, where it moves and how often.

  2. 2
    Design

    Shape the workflow

Confirm collection points, windows, handling and billing.

  3. 3
    Prepare

    Confirm the operating model

Identify direct delivery, partner or specialist requirements.

  4. 4
    Launch

    Start and improve

Begin with a controlled workflow and refine it using real data.

Commercial and operational qualification Feasibility and pricing depend on volume, route density, delivery windows, item size, handling, storage, returns, urgency, billing and reporting needs.

Storage and fulfilment pricing is confirmed only after facility costs and the operating model are assessed.

Liability and insurance

Know the standard protection before goods move.

AgileFlow’s standard liability for direct physical loss of or damage to goods is capped at S$100 per order, subject to the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Standard limit

S$100 per order

Any accepted claim is limited to the lowest applicable documented repair cost, replacement value, accepted declared value or S$100.

Higher-value goods

Declare before pickup

Goods valued above S$100 may require manual review, a separate written liability arrangement or suitable cargo insurance.

Insurance

Not automatically included

Standard delivery does not include automatic full-value cargo insurance. Customers should arrange suitable cover where the goods require protection beyond the standard limit.

What happens if goods are lost or damaged?

Report the issue as soon as reasonably possible and no later than seven calendar days after delivery or the expected delivery date. Keep the booking reference, photographs, packaging, proof of value and any repair or replacement quotation.

Read the full claims, exclusions and liability terms.
