Delivery options used in booking

Choose the right delivery option at a glance.

The same three options shown here are the ones used in booking. Timing, eligibility and review conditions are stated upfront so customers understand the service difference before requesting a quote.

Standard Delivery

Instant quote available

Everyday parcel delivery

Typical delivery in 2–4 hours

TimingTarget 2–4 hours after collection, within the available operating schedule.

Best for normal parcels and documents where the route can be planned according to operational availability.

  • Suitable for everyday parcel deliveries
  • Standard pickup and drop-off access
  • Quote can normally be generated automatically
  • Timing is not an exact appointment commitment

Same-day Delivery

Instant quote where eligible

Flexible non-urgent delivery

Deliver by end of day

TimingCollect by 12 noon, deliver by end of day.

Best for flexible, non-urgent jobs where collection and delivery can be coordinated within the selected pickup window.

  • Subject to the selected pickup window
  • Suitable route, parcel and access conditions required
  • Not intended for urgent or exact-time delivery
  • Quote is instant only where the job is eligible

2-hour Express

Review required

Time-sensitive delivery

Target delivery within 2 hours

TimingTarget within 2 hours after collection, once the job is accepted.

Best for time-sensitive deliveries requiring faster coordination and a confirmed operational review.

  • Route and driver availability must be checked
  • Parcel, access and requested schedule must be suitable
  • Final quotation is confirmed after review
  • The 2-hour target begins after successful collection

Standard parcel eligibility

Routine jobs should be straightforward to quote.

A standard parcel is a normally handled item that one person can safely carry, fits in a standard passenger or light commercial vehicle, and does not require special equipment or access planning.

Usually eligible for standard quoting

  • Documents, parcels and packaged products
  • Normal pickup and drop-off access
  • No specialist lifting or handling
  • No controlled-temperature requirement
  • No exact-time or restricted-location constraint

Manual review may be required

  • Bulky, fragile or awkwardly shaped items
  • Cakes, flowers or handling-sensitive goods
  • Temperature-sensitive or cooled transport
  • Difficult access, restricted zones or long waiting
  • Exact-time, urgent or operationally disruptive requests

What affects your quote

The price reflects the work required, not just the kilometres.

01

Route and destination

Distance, corridor fit, destination zone and whether the route lands in a practical operating area.

02

Service level

Standard, Same-day and 2-hour Express services reserve different amounts of operational attention and capacity.

03

Stops and waiting

Additional stops, waiting time, failed access and handover delays increase the work required.

04

Handling and access

Bulky goods, fragile items, difficult parking, restricted locations and special handling may require review.

Business pricing

Regular deliveries should be planned, not booked repeatedly from scratch.

Preferred rates may be available when recurring demand creates operational advantages such as flexible windows, repeat routes, route density, predictable volume or consolidated billing.

AgileFlow is not positioned as the cheapest provider. The aim is practical market pricing with clearer coordination and better support for recurring requirements.

How your price is determined

How AgileFlow arrives at your delivery price.

Your quote reflects the operational work required, not just the straight-line distance. Route, urgency, access, stops, waiting time and handling conditions all influence the final price.

Is the delivery quote final?

The quote is based on the information submitted. Additional charges may apply when the actual item, access condition, waiting time or delivery requirement differs materially from the booking details.

Are ERP, parking and restricted-location costs included?

Where these costs are predictable they may be reflected in the quote. Unusual parking, access or restricted-location requirements may require review or adjustment.

How are multiple stops priced?

Multi-stop pricing depends on route order, distance between stops, handling time and whether the stops can be completed efficiently as one planned run.

Do recurring customers receive better rates?

Potentially. Predictable volume, flexible windows, repeat routes and consolidated demand can create operational efficiencies that support preferred business rates.

When is manual review required?

Manual review may be required for 2-hour Express, bulky or handling-sensitive items, difficult access, restricted locations, exact-time requests or any job whose operational requirements cannot be confirmed automatically.

What happens if the booking details change?

Changes to the item, route, access, timing or number of stops may require a revised quote because the original price was calculated from the information submitted.
