1. Organisation responsible

AgileFlow is operated by AgileMakers Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202500633E), which is responsible for personal data collected through AgileFlow unless another organisation is identified for a particular service.

2. Personal data we may collect

• Names, mobile or WhatsApp numbers, email addresses and company details.
• Pickup and drop-off addresses, unit numbers, contacts and access instructions.
• Item descriptions, quantities, handling needs, delivery timing and service preferences.
• Quotation, payment, booking, dispatch, delivery, support and dispute records.
• Messages, status events and proof-of-delivery records such as photographs or signatures.
• Browser, device, referrer, security and analytics information.
• Consent and acknowledgement records, including legal-document versions and submission channel.

3. Collection sources and purposes

We may collect data from you, your organisation, pickup and drop-off contacts, website forms, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, payment providers, delivery personnel, logistics partners and integrations used for the requested service.

We may use and disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to review enquiries, prepare quotations, create and complete deliveries, collect payment, provide operational updates and support, prevent abuse, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements and improve service reliability.

4. Operational communications and marketing

Operational WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email communications may be used where reasonably necessary to quote, verify, process and update a booking or enquiry.

Marketing consent is optional. You may withdraw it through the contact options in this notice.

5. Service providers and overseas processing

Relevant data may be shared with drivers, delivery partners, payment providers, messaging providers, mapping services, cloud providers, analytics providers, professional advisers and vendors needed to operate or support AgileFlow. AgileFlow does not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside Singapore. Where the Personal Data Protection Act applies, AgileMakers Pte. Ltd. will take reasonable steps to ensure transferred data receives comparable protection.

6. Retention and protection

Personal data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, support, accounting, legal, security, audit and dispute-resolution purposes. Data no longer needed should be deleted, anonymised or appropriately disposed of, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Access, correction and withdrawal

You may request access to personal data associated with you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent where applicable. Requests are subject to identity verification, applicable exceptions and legal requirements.

8. Data incidents

AgileMakers Pte. Ltd. will assess suspected personal-data incidents and, where required, notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals.

10. Updates and related terms

This notice may be updated when services, data practices or legal requirements change. The version acknowledged through supported AgileFlow submissions will be recorded.
